For many Worcester folks as well as college students, the Boynton is the next best thing to dinner at Mom's. The real bargains are available before 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday: baked scrod, homemade meatloaf, and hot turkey sandwich, all less than $7. We've enjoyed pasta Corfu, veal piccata, and grilled red snapper. Potatoes here are the real thing, mashed are slightly lumpy, and baked are crispy; forget the French fries.-
